How to prepare

Bloom the whisk in hot water first. Sift 2 to 4g into your chawan. Add 70 to 80 degree water. Whisk in W motions until frothy. For a latte, pour over 110ml of milk. For usucha, 60ml water. For koicha, 30ml.

Storage and freshness

Keep matcha airtight, cool, and out of the light. Opened tins are best within a month. Unopened tins can rest in the fridge for six months; let them come to room temperature before opening.
